How to Measure Your Pool
Accurate measurements help us quote correctly and ensure your cover fits neatly. If you’re unsure, WhatsApp us a photo and we’ll guide you.
Measure the inside waterline
For most pool covers, we measure at the inside edge (waterline)—not the outside coping. Measure in metres.
Measure length
Measure the longest straight line from end to end at the inside edge.
Measure width
Measure the widest point across the pool at the inside edge.
Note the shape
Rectangular, kidney/freeform, oval, Roman end, L-shape—tell us which fits best.
Quick tips
- If the pool isn’t perfectly rectangular, measure the longest length and widest width.
- Have steps / a tanning ledge / a weird corner? Mention it in your message.
- WhatsApp photos help: one from each end and one from the side.
Estimate surface area
Useful for planning. Final sizing is confirmed during quoting.
